Ann is an ex-teacher, having spent nearly twenty years across both primary and SEN sectors. She has always enjoyed sharing books within her role as a teacher and creating her own stories. Ann always dreamt of being an author when she was younger and this wish has come true with this, being her second published children's book.
Holly is a bossy little hermit crab who likes everything just so. In the busy rock pools, along the sandy beach and out into the sea, it is her way or no way. She snaps her claws and makes demands of all the other seaside creatures everywhere she goes.One day, she comes across a rather special looking shimmering shell. A super shiny shell that will have a magical effect on the way she treats others forever. The important lesson in being kind to others that she learns along the way.
Olly is a cheeky little octopus who likes to make the other sea creatures smile. No one is exempt from his tickly tentacles; in fact, the grumpier you are, the more likely he is to find you. Olly wakes up and decides it’s the perfect day for some ticklish mischief. Follow Olly through his day as he shares a smile with many of his sea friends. Will he manage to make you smile too?
